Implementing action plans under the Next Generation Nurturing Support Measures Promotion Law

KURUMIN At KUBOTA, we are endeavoring to enhance our work environment and conditions to help employees with children maintain a balance between their job responsibilities and their children/private lives, and enjoy being at work, as part of our effort to achieve the goals of the Next Generation Nurturing Support Measures Promotion Law to create a social environment conducive to giving birth to and bringing up children, the leaders of the next generation.

We will continue our efforts into FY 2009 by implementing a new action plan formulated under the Law.

Our 2007-2010 action plans were awarded the Kurumin Mark, a certificate granted in recognition of corporate efforts to support employees with children.
