In order to enforce the security level over our information resources such as the customers' personal information, etc., we are implementing the following activities at a group-wide level.

①We have specified an IT security policy applicable to the entire group, are continuously coordinating various rules and countermeasures, and are conducting audits regarding their compliance statuses.

②We have selected an IT Security Promotion Manager (IT Manager) in each office to deploy countermeasures the entire group based on the policy established by the department in charge.

③We have installed an automatic monitoring programs that monitors the status of activities  of various countermeasures such as virus vaccines, etc. in all PCs to monitor them at all times.
As for overseas offices, we are working upon improving the IT security status by cooperating with the IT Manager in each site while considering local situations.

④We are providing regular education and awareness-raising activities with the IT Managers and IT Sub Managers. We are also providing e-learning courses regarding information security to all employees within the group to work upon improve their understanding of countermeasures that are to be complied to.
