Instilling Awareness of Human Rights
We, as a whole group, have been conducting organizational human rights advancement activities. In Japan, the activities are organized by human rights advancement promoters and others under the "Human Rights Advancement Planning ＆ Coordination Committee" with the corporate officer of the CSR Promotion Headquarters as a chairperson.
Overseas, we have been instructing and following up improvement activities based on the actual condition survey.
Efforts to create environments that encourage people to seek advice
We have "Kubota Hotline" to prevent occurrence of human-rights issues and quickly respond to occurred human-rights issues in the Kubota Group. The Kubota Hotline provides consultation on the phone, in writing, by e-mail and on the portal site screen and a window to contact to external lawyers.
In addition, we have consultation services in all centers nationwide and have been providing periodic training to the consultants to improve their counseling skills.
